Shipping policy

Turnaround Time
Order processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
(Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.)

Please note: Shipping transit time does not include processing time.

Pick-Up Orders
If you select local pick-up at checkout, you agree to collect your order within 5 days of notification.

Orders not picked up within 14 days will be considered archived and are not eligible for a refund.
Archived orders are eligible for store credit only.
